Shorty did a second test run for his BBQ cook off next week....and it worked. It was perfect.
After last week....he had considered pulling out of the running.
So, needless to say he was delighted with himself. Delighted in his ribs, brisket, and chicken.
However, my waist line isn't so delighted.
So, we will indeed be experiencing the true Texas country way of life next Friday night.
Straight up redneck.
And, I can't wait.
Looking forward to sharing some funny stories and pictures from next weekend.
