Most 3 year olds love nursery rhymes. I am not saying mine doesn't....because she can recite several of them....But today...I wondered..."is this normal?"
Today was her first swim lesson of the summer.
She loves her instructor...as they were beginning the lesson Miss Lauren asked my kid what she wanted to sing...
Row Row Your Boat? Mary Had a Little Lamb? Humpty Dumpty?
Nope....my kid wanted none of the above. She asked Miss Lauren if she could please sing Coldplay.
I will be waiting by the mailbox to open my "mother of the year certificate"
